    UNT600 Fly ash Block Brick Making Machine is designed for a product height of 40–220 mm, The machine frame consists of a welded construction using sectional steel to ensure optimum rigidity and accessibility, The Control of the machine functions and movements are controlled by a Omron PLC system. All movements, time functions, positioning aims and vibrating parameters can be adjusted as variables in easy and safe manner via operator panel.

     

    Main features:

    1. The vibration molding system adopts double motor synchronous vibration, pressure forming, synchronous demoulding, short molding cycle and high production efficiency. The motor running speed can be adjusted to obtain good tapping effect on different raw materials.

    2. 360 degree broken arch type material feeding

    3. The bottom mold synchronization device makes the vibration force uniform, avoids damage to the brick, and is easy to maintain and adjust.

    4. Detachable guide column: Made of super special steel, the surface is hard chrome plated with good torsion and wear resistance.
